Job Summary
Helicomms Solutions Limited is seeking a Business Developer and Administration Officer to drive strategic growth and manage administrative functions. This role blends business expansion with operational efficiency to sustain our excellence in the Telecommunications and IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategy.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and business plans.
- Build and maintain client and partner relationships.
- Support execution of marketing and sales strategies.
- Monitor trends and recommend innovation and expansion.
Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and procurement.
- Coordinate meetings, reports, and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide administrative support to cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development and/or administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
- Strategic thinker; able to work independently and in teams.
- Telecommunications/IT experience is an added advantage.
